Those with Chakra imbalances are very likely to experience health issues. Since the opening and the closing of Chakra works as an energy defense system, negative emotion and low-frequency energy cause the chakra energy to close and block the energy out of the body.

What can you do to balance and unblock your Chakras?
There are a number of things you can do to unblock your Chakras. You can do prana/breathing exercises, meditate every day, do some chanting if you'd like- (every Chakra has its own chant- such as "ommm"), or if you want to keep it simple, follow the steps below. Doing these practices will awaken your chakras overtime automatically!
Physical Symptoms of Unbalanced Chakras
Root Chakra
Eating disorders/malnourishment
Adrenal insufficiency
Problems with feet, legs, or coccyx
Rectal or colon cancer
Spinal problems
Immune-related disorders
Osteoporosis or other bone disorders
What can you do?
Recite the Root Mantra: "I am strong, supported, and abundant."
Chant: "Lam"
You can also reconnect your body to the Earth by walking barefoot on grass or on a sandy beach! Walking through a park, going hiking in the wilderness, or sitting with your back against a tree can also get you "grounded."
Sacral Chakra
Sexual impotence, frigidity, or promiscuity
Women: fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, menstrual dysfunction, ovarian cysts or cancer
Men: prostate problems or prostate cancer
Appendicitis
Chronic low back pain or sciatica
Bladder or urinary problems
What can you do?
Recite the Sacral Mantra: "I am the creator of my entire reality."
Chant: "Vam"
You can also adopt self-nurture and self-care habits. Immersing yourself in the water on a regular basis, or playing ocean-waves tracks is a good way to calm your body and surroundings. Walking in the moonlight is also a good way to open up this Chakra.
Solar Plexus Chakra
Problems with the pancreas, diabetes, and hypoglycemia
Digestive difficulties like gastric or duodenal ulcers
Liver problems such as cirrhosis, hepatitis, and liver cancer
Hiatal hernia
Gallstones
Hemorrhoids, varicose veins
Spleen problems
What can you do?
Recite the Solar Plexus Mantra: "I am worthy of pursuing my passion and purpose"
Chant: "Ram"
You can open and reactivate this Chakra by spending time in the sun early in the morning and/or before sunset. Physical movement in the mornings awakens and recharges your body.
Heart Chakra
Heart attacks, mitral valve prolapse, chest pain
Arteriosclerosis, peripheral vascular insufficiency
Asthma, shortness of breath, allergies
Lung cancer, pneumonia, bronchitis, emphysema
Breast cancer/breast disorders such as mastitis or cysts
Immune system deficiencies
Circulation Problems
Tension/pain between shoulder blades
Carpal tunnel on the shoulders, arms, and hands
What can you do?
Recite the Heart Mantra: "I am love. I give love. I am open to love"
Chant: "Yam"
Giving and receiving love through a pet (dog, cat, horse, birds, etc.) is one of the best ways to reactivate the Heart Chakra. This can help heal previous heartbreaks and teach you how to love again.
Throat Chakra
Jaw disorders such as TMJ (temporomandibular joint)
Swollen glands, throat cancer
Neck problems
Chronic childhood tonsillitis
Thyroid disorders/issues
Hashimoto's/Grave's disease
Chronic sinus problems
Throat, voice, mouth, teeth, or gums disorders
What can you do?
Recite the Throat Mantra: "I am in alignment with my truth. I speak with clarity and intention."
Chant: "Ham"
Buy a journal and be completely truthful with yourself. Uncensore your negative feelings of anger, fear, anxiety, inferiority. Tell yourself the truth. See your writing and your thoughts become more positive over time.
Third Eye Chakra
Headaches
Upper/frontal sinus conditions
Neurological disturbances
Bad eyesight, glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, blindness
Stroke, hemorrhage, and brain tumors
What can you do?
Recite the Third Eye Mantra: "I am in connection with my spirit and I trust my intuition."
Chant: "Om"
Get in touch with your intuition by asking yourself for guidance and signs that you are on the right path as opposed to relying on another one's opinion. Listen for internal messages regarding purpose and direction. Be consistent in visualizing positive outcomes, and learn to embrace the greater good for all rather than putting self-interest first.
Crown Chakra
Anxiety and depression, bipolar disorder
Coma or amnesia
Constant headaches/migraines, strokes, brain tumor, epilepsy
Multiple sclerosis
ADD and dyslexia
Cognitive delusions
Mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and multiple personality disorder
Dementia or Alzheimer's disease
What can you do?
Recite the Crown Mantra: "I am one with the divine. I honor the divine within and around me."
Chant: "Om"
Invite the divine to enter your life daily through meditation or communication with nature. Like athletes, you can connect with the divine through physical exertion. Being purposely connected will open the doors to a greater level of connection.
